Credit and Structured Finance
The debt and structured finance team deals with all aspects of front office debt transactions within banks and financial institutions. This covers credit analysts and relationship managers for commercial banks through to the more complex areas of origination, execution and distribution of structured lending such as leverage, project, syndicated or tax effective finance and securitization. This could be the first job move following completion of an initial training period in banking, through to more senior VP and Director level appointments.

The investment banking team specializes in roles in origination, execution and the structuring of deals for corporate finance, sector teams and M&A from the equity perspective. We place candidates from the analyst to director level. Also the team focuses on sell side equity analysts and equity sales roles - and has build up a strong track record in the Pan-European Equity sales sector

Our alternative investments team recruits at associate to director levels for a broad range asset management, fund of funds and hedge fund clients. We look at equity and fixed income fund managers and analysts; risk, performance and quantitative analysts; relationship managers, institutional and retainer marketers and investment consultants. We also work with a number of private equity firms and recruit investment professionals in the acquisition, portfolio management and capital raising roles.
